Restrictions Eased on Showings

The COVID-19 crisis continues, but with quarantine orders loosening up, market activity is increasing and all signs are that our market is still very strong. The number of new listings of both single family homes and attached dwellings in Boulder County are down about 15% from this time last year. The number of properties sold is actually up 4.4% for single family homes, and 8.2% for attached dwellings. Prices for single family homes are staying flat on average through Boulder County while prices of attached dwellings are up slightly.

The fundamentals in our market remain the same: buyers are still eager to buy and interest rates are near historic lows. The lower the price range, the hotter the market with multiple offers still occurring at the low end. Well priced homes at the higher end are seeing some too.

I'm following safety guidelines when showing property, wearing a face mask, gloves, and shoe coverings. I'm also doing business by phone, email, Facetime and virtual tours. If you have questions, ideas, or need advice, contact me any time.
