Income Property Outlook
In my last e-news, I wrote about the positive near-term outlook for income property in our market. With supply low and demand high for rental housing, rents have increased here and in Denver, and are projected to continue rising until more inventory comes on line over the next several years. Additionally, CU expects a 2011 freshman class that is 7 percent larger than last year, upwards of 5,500 students.
